A 1923 home reimagined to improve circulation and reconnect the interior with the garden. A new communicating stair links three floors, while enlarged rear windows strengthen the relationship between living spaces and the tranquil backyard.

A duplex reconfigured to support a growing family without expanding the building footprint. Careful investigation and structural coordination enabled the upper unit to incorporate underused lower-level spaces while maintaining safe code-compliant access.
