These two duplexes emerged from a family’s long-term vision, now spanning three generations. Originally purchased in the late 1970s, the property was approved in 2022 to be divided into two individual sites under SB-09. This enabled the design of two complementary buildings that enhance the block’s distinct and welcoming character.
Despite the site’s compact dimensions—25' x 50', with a 25' x 35' building footprint—each unit includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The design emphasizes abundant natural light and exterior balconies, guided by a commitment to creating thoughtfully functional living spaces that support a range of lifestyles.
