A windowless 1970s shell in Brentwood transformed into Monarch Athletic Club’s second Los Angeles location. Designed as a boutique wellness destination, the space supports medically driven fitness, preventive care, and personal training in a refined, performance-focused environment.

Multi-tenant laboratory office suites designed for flexibility and scientific growth. Located at 6000 Shoreline in South San Francisco, each 8,000–12,000 SF suite integrates offices, conference rooms, and BSL-2 labs with dedicated infrastructure to support diverse research operations.
