The complete gut and remodel of this former meat packing warehouse was envisioned for a brand that did not yet have a brick and mortar in California. After an exhaustive permitting process which included a Change of Use and highly scrutinized accessibility compliance, we provided a design that was both cost effective and inspirational. When the original light fixtures were value engineered out, Kyle was able to produce a 3D rendering within two days that provided a new, evocative and cost-effective solution the client and the contractor both loved. It remains a joy to visit this project and see how specific, thoughtful design solutions can serve a space and inspire clients and employees alike.
