Perched on the highest peak of the property, this 1,500 sq. ft. second dwelling for a private estate in Winters includes a wine making studio on the first level with a walk-in cold room, and a two bedroom, one bath guest quarters with a fully functional kitchen and open plan recreation area on the second level. The dramatic deck overlooking the valley is a favorite place for dining when the weather permits and the space below is a great place to unwind away from direct sun.
