SCOPE Seismic Anchorage Support Documents for Equipment Replacement in Multiple Buildings

After assembling available electronic existing conditions documents, we used Revit to coordinate and document the scope of equipment replacement. We test fit each equipment installation location with available space, coordinating with existing utilities and hospital operations.  We followed with a code analysis including coordinating with the building’s existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and any temporary barriers during construction to maintain hospital operations. Overall building floor plates and levels were developed at a basic level (L100) in 3D to demonstrate the relationships between equipment locations, and for the purpose of determining temporary construction, egress, and phasing. We prepared detailed Construction Documents for HCAI review and approval consisting of code compliance, demo, and new equipment location drawings with sheet specifications.
