Our Featured Projects
Our work in this building is characterized by functional efficiency that fosters healthy creativity. We enabled natural light in every space, and provided a multivariant workflow that gives constantly shifting start ups, the freedom of movement to maintain their flexibility and to grow at the pace they need to in order to thrive.
With our residential design, we push the boundaries of what can be done in small footprints and have learned how to optimize the floor plans of homes while maximizing the enjoyment of exterior space without compromising comfort and beauty. Combined with our sensitivity for intelligent energy use, thoughtful expression of vertical opportunities are signatures of our work.
Touro University
This student health clinic and research facility includes accomodations for bariatric patients and cleanroom space for blood work. Teaching rooms double as overnight stay rooms for the research subjects and the building has natural light in every space, lowering overall energy use significantly during the day. Clever use of vertical opportunities and sensitivity for occupants health and well-being have provided this former prothetics manufacturing facility a creative new space for the university to learn and grown within an efficient plan, bathed in sunlight.
