Adaptive Reuse is our bread and butter here at Pencil Box. This project in SOMA is working through an administrative Change of Use and will be transitioning to 2 addresses from one through the Assessor's office. Our client asked us to develop a number of concept designs that supported variable business models, before he settled on the concept above. We are proud of the flexibility this design enables for future use while breathing new life into this building. We are looking forward to planning approval this month and anticipate construction to begin in the fall.
